Attracting what???!!!!

I’d like you to sit for a moment, and take a mental look around you, your surroundings, your life.  Do you see negative images, or positive ones?  Which ones appear to be more fruitful? I will go out on a virtual limb here and say more than likely you are noticing the negative ones.  Most of us tend to see the negative the largest in our minds.  Yet, when we are talking to friends, family and others, when they are in need of a lifting up we are able to rattle off a mile long list of what is positive about and for them. 

What I’d like you to be open to receive today is what we experience we have already created with our thoughts, and our words.  These things draw to us what we now see in front of us.  Let’s sit with that a moment, shall we? ………………………………………………Now, breathe. Can we change this?  Of course!  The quickest and easiest way is to start your day with Thank You.  Huh?  As your feet are hitting the floor, verbally or mentally, say:  Thank you, thank you, thank you.  Nice.  Now the universe knows how you feel.  From here, continue offering thanks for lots of small things along the way.  Thank you for a great cup of coffee!  Thank you for the amazing parking spot! Thank you for smiling at me!  Starting to get the hang of it?  Then, before you turn in for the night, grab your gratitude journal and write down 5-10 of those things that you were thankful/grateful for during your day.  I guarantee it will not only put a smile on your face, but it will allow you to “marinate” in positive thoughts and feelings all through your sleep so that when you wake up; you will already be in a state of being thankful. 🙂
